Muntele Rosu means "the red mountain": due to trees in autumn and some reddish grass present everywhere. beautiful. here is a picture from a distance, a little bit fuzzy due to mist and sun reflections.

one entire week without internet. gained at least a dosen new wrinkles. realised that both me and my business are internet addicts. realised also that the "cable guys" have no clue about their job. pfui!...

missing snow?

up from Sinaia, 2000 m in altitude, and still there was a springish air, and not too much snow either. nevertheless, it was good for the soul and eyes. i miss winter!

Christmas snow

before going back to the Vienna photos, a little bit of snow from yesterday, up in the mountains. this is why it is so nice to celebrate Christmas twice: you have a second chance for snow :)!

monastery poster

i like very much old posters. this one we found in the middle of the forest, next to the monastery of Crasna, somewhere in the mountains in Buzau county. it says: please do not smoke, do not wear indecent clothes within the monastery premises, nor do play loud music on radio.
