Don't be fooled: this place is never so calm. It is usually packed with cars and people, going back and forth, in a crazy rush that expands way beyond the rush hour. But every once in a while - like for example when AC/DC comes to town, the traffic is stopped and the photographers can enjoy the view...

the eye of the tourist

Nothing works better for Bucharest than sepia or outdated, '80s-like tones. No clue why, but it just appears so to me.
When our junior visited us in Bucharest about a month ago I was surprised to discover another city, to see it from another perspective. I was (again) a tourist in Bucharest, and it felt good ;). It looks like the beauty is in the eye of the tourist...
