the magic dwelling of the Artist as we know her
She has enchanted trees dressed in colourful clothes.
She has wondrous pencils hanging in front of her door, so the world doesn't lose its colour.
She has the magic power to make you forget the Alltag - the dull every-day - once you step beyond her threshold.
Maria Theresia Rittsteuer. In Neusiedl am See, in the magic Burgenland.

cityscaping: Graz. Openness.
Openness is the quality of being open, says the dictionary. Graz approves and brings forth design, freshness, youth, history and the best ice cream I have ever eaten. Yes, I can indeed open my heart to/in/for Graz.

cityscaping: Linz. Passing through time.
Time flies.
You can avoid looking straight into its eyes,
by looking left, or right, or even hiding your head behind a pole,
but remember:
time flies and we are mere passengers through its tunnel.

the perfect rainbow, the missing camera
And so it was. The absolutely perfect rainbow, spreading from one edge of the world to the other, so vibrant and touchable that it took all my strength not to jump from the bus taking me to the airport and try to catch the colours in my fist.
The tiny old blackberry did a good job thou: it offered me a memory of this wonderful morning! And I am grateful for having seen it and captured it - as poorly as it came out, but nevertheless...
Sky watch.

Burgenland best
Look what's growing between the grapevine ;))!
And after this walk through the Nationalpark, what better thing than a glass of wine at my favourite wine tavern - Buschenschenke Preschitz in Neusiedl am See...
