kurtos kalacs

I have no idea if the spelling is the correct one. but the taste sure is. mmmmmmmmmm, we had wonderful kurtos kalacs in Bran, next to Brasov. our friend C. is the one waiting to get the goodie :).

ps: I owe this explanation to Leena: my best guess is that this kurtos is a sort of plum cake in cilindric shape :). they roast it on rolling devices above the slow fire...
