this story you have already read on my blog: it's about some money for some roads which will never be build. funny enough, again, the money were spent... so I guess for these Danube Delta people, in the village of Letea, the Danube is still the only highway.

Danube Delta villages showed a poverty which we often encountered in our outer-city wanderings. still, in spite of this, they put colour on their houses. blue is the most traditional here.
