so, where are the money?!
the pannel advertises the investment of SAPARD money into the village road of Colti- Alunis villages. see for yourself how the road was repaired...

    Well, we don't know how much money it was, do we? ;-)

    Indeed unbelievable that this street still is a dirt track.

    we can only guess :): 2,344,341.3 RON, which is approx. 689,512 EUR.
