I lived in canada all of my life. As did my ancestors and theirs since I am an aboriginal there. I was never free and now I left my country to be in a Country that does not have the concept of Queen, where a person is born subordinate and lesser. I could not stand that anymore although I took the queens shillings as they say when you work for the state. If you accept one little thing as a price to pay, then you are no longer free. even if the queen is an old sweetie and her rule is benevolent and we dont really think that she has any sort of power.....
Switzerland is one of the last free countries in the world. Yet it is plagued by those that dislike this and want to impose their own rules, i.e. how transgender people should behave etc. and immigrants, and brown people like me. I am swiss I say and they gulp because they figure a swiss wears leather pants and tootles an alphorn and eats a lot of cheese which I hate. So freedom is never really free.
Love it!

I love Vienna, especially the old jewish quarter.
