We had no snow for Christmas or New Year, but we had some yesterday. Before I start showing you Austria in snowless winter, here is the dog & cat fun in the white wonder yesterday! My dogs love the snow, the cat was a little bit reluctant!
Have a great weekend!

Do you remember Pinky in a previous post? Well, Pinky has a brother, Larf. Beautiful Romanin shepperd dogs. Strong and fearless against bears and wolves, yet gentle with the people they know.
A clear sky watch contribution, from the Romanian mountains, the Cheile Dambovicioarei (Dambovicioara Gorges) region.
Happy Friday!

You will ask: where is the pink in this photo?! Oh, well, funny enough, this HUGE Romanian shepperd dog is called... Pinky! He has a rather pink spot on his nose, and his paws are also pink. A sweet name for a sweet, yet so strong, dog!

The view from our front yard, around 5 PM. Happy Sky Watch! Click on the link above to see more wonderful images from around the world.
These are such majestic creatures, in such a nice scenery, so I had to pick them for my come-back to the sky watch!
Thank you all for visiting and the nice words - I'll be returning the visits soon, I mean as soon as I get myself really in place (iron and calcium lack are making a mess out of me lately :)) ).
Enjoy the day!
My Today's flowers are actually... tomorrow's flowers :)! My new garden is waiting for spring: the roses, the crocuses...
you know, moving brings along lots of chores. among them, curtains play a very important role. everybody is helping, Peter including :)! measurements are SO important!
for sure we don't even find the plates in the new cupoards. everything is still new and crazy :). and, no, we didn't finish unpacking... :). the only thing that I managed was to secure the "treasures" on a shelf. so here they are, some of them pink, some of them not, but all going to take part in my Pink Saturday this week. don't forget to visit Bev, and the other participants, please!
so we moved in the country. and as I'm writing, I am not sure I will fit in. or if it will fit to me. I wanted it, it's nice to have dogs and all, but I started already sighing for the urban landscape. take for example yesterday. I took a trip "to the big city", and yes, it was crowdy, but it was interesting to study the faces of the people, the dress codes of the youngsters. I am born & raised in the city. but on the other hand, here, in the country, I can see the sunrise in the backyard, and the sunset in the front yard. I need to decide what I like best...

Susie is the wise lady. She tolerates a lot from Mowgli, but sometimes she feels the need to make a statement :). Mowgli will be a good kid for like a second, and then start again. Life with dogs is so interesting!
Introducing the youngest member of our pet family: Mowgli. And she's a girl, but the name fit, since she arrived in our yard from nowhere (now we know where from, though :)) ). She was in a leash because the gates were always open for the drillers. Since last night she (and her friend to be presented soon) are free again - we have water!!! They ran and ran for like 10 minutes without stopping. And I am so glad, because it was awful to keep them in a leash. But it was for their own safety...
Good morning! Try to guess what this is... apart from the main reason for which I don't post so often anymore :))!
Autumn is here, but today was a really sunny day!
