Stadtpark, Vienna. One of the most beautiful areas where you can take a walk, especially in hot summer days.
You get on the ship at Krems. Than, take a comfortable seat in the sun or take cover next to the bar. In any case, listen to the true waltzer of the Danube waves. Look around you, at all the beauty created by nature, or by man. And when the trip has come to an end, prepare your soul and eyes for awe: here is the mighty Stift of Melk.

And since I wanted to take part also in Camera Critters, here is a picture from Schoenbrunn Zoo - a lazy picture for a lazy Sunday! To make things less serious :)!

If ever in Austria, please go here: Stift Melk. The barock jewel of the Donau Niederoesterreich (Danube Inferior Austria) area. A monument of art and culture, as well as a place of worship: the art - the voice of the divine speaking through and to mankind.
Gasometer.
The statue of Maria Theresia.
Rathaus (the City Hall)
UNO City.
Schwechat Refinery.
... and these beauties are just a few from the wonderful things reaching up for the sky in Vienna (yes, I know it's weird, but I find the refineries cool - poisoning, but cool :) ).
What I like most about Vienna:
One of the most beautiful places of Vienna: Palace Schoenbrunn. I am so looking for spring and Easter!

Already March!!! Yesterday was a sunnny day, like spring indeed. Today is moody - feels more like staying at home than working. To cheer up this mood, look at these wonderful flowers in Naschmarkt Vienna, some spring ago.
First of all, Happy Birthday to our kid - we wish you all the best! Feier fleißig :D! And take care how much you drink :))!

PS: Fink Pink is a rose' wine from the region of Burgenland, Austria. Fink is the name of the producer and means "finch" in English :).
Remember the guy selling honey in a previous post? I suspect here is where he got his hat from :).
For the Pink Saturday this week I chose a street scene in Sighisoara (at the Medieval Festival) last year. Yes, I am using my archive since we don't go out much - work and house cover most of our time :).
There was a lady selling hats at the fair. So everybody got one. Maybe he got his for free, being surrounded of so much sweetness :). What you think?
Yesterday it rained. Today it's really foggy. So I decided today I'll be really cosy. And publish a nice photo. This one is from Spittelberg Christmas market in Vienna. In their bubbles, although sometimes snows, it always seems so warm and cosy...

Again a spa picture - Rogner Bad Blumau (click the link for details. The buildings are fabulous, designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser). At night, when going home after a great relaxing day... It's Friday, let's not think about Big Brother today...
