While in Germany, for each dinner I has asparagus - Spargel in German. It's a wonderful veggie! With sauce hollandaise and new potatoes it's a marvel! And I guess it makes also a wonderful Suday lunch. So you are all invited, and hope you enjoy it: today Uproad/Laras Welt turns 3! So here is also a glass of virtual champagne for 3 years of great blogging experience!

Photos from the Saturday market in Potsdam, Germany.
Happy birthday for your world! ANd it's good to celebrate it with champagne and asparagus. (Just wonder what we'll have to eat today - we're going to another party.)
ReplyDeleteHappy anniversary! Your blog enriches my life, and I'm grateful you're here.
ReplyDeleteI love asparagus too.
Congratulations on the 3 years of blogging. Oh I love asparagus. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Blog Birthday to you! I hope you had cake for afters :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on Three Years of Blogging, I am looking forward to the next three, and then the next and the next! :-)
ReplyDeleteI only knew green asparagus, that's all I ever ate in Rome and in Washington. Now that I have tasted the local Marchfeld asparagus, I am completely addicted to their white one! I made the mistake of buying some white Spargel from a different region, and even our children complained that it was not half as tasty as the Marchfeld one.
I even made my first hollandaise ever to honour them! :-)
Laras: Love your view of the market in that second photo.
ReplyDeleteHappy blog birthday :)
ReplyDeleteHow I miss white asparagus...in the UK all you get is the green one.
500! very impressive! I like the statue!
